Cleaning, linen, in-person check-in and key handover, welcome guide, routine upkeep, coordinating tradespeople.
ON YOUR LISTING
Connected to our software: we respond to guests seven days a week and keep your calendars synced.
THE UNEXPECTED
A breakdown, damage, the Sunday evening call: we pick up, assess, and organise.
YOUR LISTING STAYS YOURS
Your listing stays in your name, on your account, with your reviews. We simply connect it to our tracking tool — the one that syncs your calendars and responds to your guests. You keep full access, block off dates whenever you like, and see everything. Rental income lands in your account, and we invoice you afterwards.
Calculation basis: the 25% commission applies to the total nightly income received into your account.
PREFER TO STAY IN CONTROL?
Nothing obliges you to hand everything over. We're also available on a one-off basis, or for every turnover of the season. You keep control of guests, the calendar, and the listing.
