Governing law and disputes

This site and the notices it contains are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will always be sought with Justin or Victor before any action is taken; failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of the registered office, except where mandatory consumer-protection provisions state otherwise.

This site does not use any advertising cookies or audience-measurement trackers. Only cookies strictly necessary for the pages to function and for the contact form to be submitted may be used: under CNIL (the French data protection authority) guidance, these are exempt from prior consent.
